Currently I cast in glass and various metals and have become adept at silver and goldsmithing and lapidary work. I also paint with glass frit;
a technique that I believe is highly innovative in the glass world at this time. In addition to free-standing sculptures, I create architectural wood projects which are inlaid with glass, metals and other organic materials.
Recently, I attended Pilchuck Glass School where I lived and studied among a community of artists. During this period of growth, I learned to let go of traditional views of art and began to develop and access my unique vision. At this juncture in my creative journey, I aspire to cast life-size Apache Gaan Dancers -- illusive images that I now feel capable of realizing.
